Modern Home Marketing For A Digital World...

Deciding to sell your home is a big decision; after all, your home is likely your most valuable asset and you will want to put the right professional in charge of marketing it.
I'm one of a handful of realtors who are reinventing the way real estate is marketed in Vancouver.  With a focus on digital marketing and social networking and a mix of traditional methods, my marketing program will ensure that your property gets maximum exposure.  My goal is to make your property accessible to potential buyers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until it's sold.
I'm harnessing the power of the internet, in a web 2.0 world, to get homes sold.  
I think it would be overstating the obvious to say that nearly all home buyers begin their home search on-line.  Today's home buyer is internet savvy, know's what they are looking for and are educated about the real estate market.  They can make decision quickly and it's imperative to capture their attention.  My marketing plan is designed to do just that.

1. Web Presence - With virtually every home buying search starting on-line, I believe having a strong web presence is the no.1 key to getting your home sold.  I maximize exposure for your home by providing your listing on my network of websites, including robviccars.com, blulving.com, realtor.ca, realtylink.org, craigslist.ca, kijiji.ca among others.
2. Unique Web Domain - Everyone of my listing receives it's own unique domain name and website to host photos, virtual tours and property data.
3. Professional Photos - A photo says a thousand words.  It could be argued that today, great photographs are the most important aspect of any real estate marketing plan.  I will ensure that the photos of your condo, townhouse or house present it in the best possible way.
4. Virtual Tours - Professional videos are just another way that I showcase your home.  In addition to my website, I integrate your virtual tour into realtor.ca, realtylink.org and bluliving.com   Potential buyers will be able to experience your home, and picture themselves living in it, before and after their showing.
5. Floor Plans - A potential buyer will never have to wonder if their sofa will fit in the living room.  I produce professional floor plans to show the exact square footage and dimensions of every room in your home.  
6. Customized Materials - Every potential buyer will leave your home with a custom designed feature sheet.  These full-colour materials include pictures, technical property data and specifications, addressing most questions and leaving a lasting impression.
7. Blogging - In addition to being informative about the Vancouver real estate market (and whatever else comes to mind) I utilize my blog to publicize my new listings, open houses, showings, price adjustments, and sales.  I also produce my own video blog.  Entertaining, informative and at times, controversial, video blogging is a new marketing concept being utilized by only a handful of Vancouver's top realtors.
8. Social Networking - Social Networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter are becoming more important as marketing tools with each passing day and I am an active user of both.  I can publicize your home quickly and efficently to the Web 2.0 world. 
9. Traditional Methods - I don't ignore traditional real estate sales methods.  Open houses, personal showings (I'll never put a lock box on your property) and, of course, a high-visibility sign all have their place in my marketing plan.  While most homes are not actually sold through open houses, I believe that they have a place in creating maximum exposure for your home when it first hits the market.  The security of your home is of utmost importance to me and I will never hand out your keys to strangers.  I will always personally show your home. 
10. I also have a unique feedback system in place through Showingfeedback.com.  You'll never be left wondering what potential buyers thought of your home.  We will be able to pinpoint any problems quickly and deal with them efficiently to ensure the your home is showcased at it's best.
